Since the olympics are coming next summer what if 2k17 had a feature on mycareer where you try out and make and play in the Olympic team I think it would be really cool.

People will find something to complain about that too, don’t get me wrong some of the gripes I understand NBA 2K17 MT agree with, and some I understand but don’t agree with, but about half are just nitpicking, and half splitting.
2016 Summer Olympics would have been over by the time the 2016-2017 NBA season starts in 2K17, so this theory doesn’t make sense.
You could make the choice to try out the Olympic team or if you player of is from a different country you should make the choice play for your home country.
I think this would be a great idea. It would give them a reason to re-add national teams. I did not mind this year’s mycareer story, but it was linear. I’m sure if people got to make decisions, other than college choice, there would be less complaint.
I wonder how many national teams NBA 2K17 MT Coins they can put together given their license for all NBA and top Euroleague teams.
They probably wouldn’t wanna pony up the licensing for it…. Would be cool to have an international player and play for a country other than US. Playing on the USMBT would not be challenging.
Last years was better because even after you beat the “main story” there were still little scenes here and there that made you feel like you were playing the career of a basketball pro. This years, you do livin da dream and then there’s nothing at all past that.
I think the best thing they can do is include Euroleague in the equation before going to NBA. I hated the fact that I can’t customize my player to be from my country. If you are from America you can play college basketball, if not you can play several games of Euroleague before joining NBA. That would be great.
I doubt they buy the licenses for that. They rather should make the Game more modfriendly so we can easily add Teams/Players.
I’d rather have them change the AI for the AllStar game first. Getting trucked on a layup is ridiculous.
In a total, people are all expected about that. Olympic team will let people excited when they heard it.
